Anders Kijken – Looking at The World in a Different Way

Stimulating a More Positive Outlook On (Managing) a Reorganization and Skyrocketing Ownership

This workshop was for a team of leaders at Interpolis with the theme: “Anders Kijken” – seeing things in a different perspective – to stimulate a more postive outlook on (managing) a reorganization and to boost ownership to the next level.

Business Challenge

This organization was facing a reorganization and they wanted their leaders to cope with and manage it in a more positive way. Off course there is lots of uncertainties of what can happen, but what do you still want to accomplish in such a year? And how to take ownership on that matter?

Solution

We developed a workshop for a team of leaders at Interpolis with the theme: “Anders Kijken” – Seeing things in a different perspective - to stimulate a more positive outlook on (managing) a reorganization and to boost ownership to the next level. “Anders Kijken” started in a museum, since looking at art can inspire you to see things in a different way. Here-after hands on assignments such as reframing were provided to put learnings into practice.

Result

Participating leaders felt inspired and positively engaged and enjoyed to be provided with hands on tools to use in their own team. They learned to think differently, to contemplate the importance of the now and last but not least to reflect on things that are happening and how to put "anders kijken" into practice.
